CANCELLATION POLICY:If you need to cancel your reservation; you must do so by fifteen days prior to arrival date directly to the Okoboji Avenue Inn either by Phone, E-mail or Fax. All cancellations received after fifteen days will be charged a one night¡¯s stay; or the entire amount for any room nights not resold. All cancellations are charged a $25 processing fee. We realize that sometimes plans change. Regrettably, the Inn is not responsible for weather conditions or personal emergencies.
